Laptop arrived in perfect condition besides a minor scratch on the top, screen was perfect, performance was excellent and the battery health was pretty much at 100%. Seller was also very helpful with all my questions before buying. I believe this is a must purchase if you're looking for a higher end laptop.

I have bought new laptops in worse shape then this one was. It came packaged very well in 2 boxes, an internal box with the bubble laptop sleeve, and an outside box to protect the package even more. There wasn't a mark or scratch on the laptop, it looks good as new. Started right up, and I did all the updates, and everything seems fine. I am making a recovery drive as I type this. 2 year warranty is a nice bonus!

A full return/refund at their expense was offered, and I declined. Great seller though, communication was timely & friendly. Their shipping was fantastic, PC arrived safely packed and quick. Would certainly do business with them again, I'd just need to verify what's in the listing.

Packaging was well done; my only problem was that I was not able to set up the unit without creating a Microsoft account, and there was no way around it. The seller did suggest some ways that did not help. so I have to setup the unit with a fresh Windows 11
