The tracking information says untracked, which I have never seen. The item definitely was not received because it was sent to a business place where they have to sign for the packages and someone is at the front, I double checked with them. I’ve tried contacting the seller twice and there seems to be no option to contact eBay on this order so maybe this review will get someone’s attention to help me
