There were some visible stains on some of the keys that I had to scrub off. I am mentioning this because the items was listed as in "excellent" condition. 2. The right SHIFT key kept getting stuck when pressed. After pulling it out, I discovered a defect in the key's mold. Although I fixed it by scraping off the extra plastic with a knife, I should not've had to do this myself.

They unfortunately didn't have another one to replace it with so I found a website that sells replacement keys. I told them I was just going to order the key and not to worry about it. They issued a partial refund. Great seller! Offered solutions without being asked and responded promptly to messages. Would definitely buy from again
