So I reached out to the seller and let them I was going to wait a couple of days to see if it arrived. The seller immediately replaced the cactus and told me not to worry about the missing plant and replaced. Best experience I’ve ever had with an issue. Plant is gorgeous and had great roots. Supper happy with this seller. Great packaging. As described and a great value. A+++++

I was very excited for this but they shipped me the wrong color. I received a black and orange cactus instead of a black and red or pink and black like in the listing name and photo examples. After I saw this I contacted the seller and stated the issue. I said I liked the cactus but it’s still not what I order and would like a partial refund because the not red ones were $6 cheaper. I got the$6🔟/🔟
