Regarding the hardware, I am most dissatisfied with the battery, because I should have received a laptop with at least 80% of its maximum capacity, not around 70%. For those who don’t know, maximum capacity refers to the actual amount of charge the battery can hold—even if it shows 100% when fully charged.

A full return/refund at their expense was offered, and I declined. Great seller though, communication was timely & friendly. Their shipping was fantastic, PC arrived safely packed and quick. Would certainly do business with them again, I'd just need to verify what's in the listing.
