They even issued an interstate invoice without a valid tax ID number, which is illegal. We requested a correction to the invoice with our correct information, but they didn't do it. They claimed they did it with our eBay information, which is a lie. When we sent them proof, they stopped responding. We apply the margin scheme (§25a German UStG), which is following EU Law & prohibits showing VAT on the invoice for EU sales. All information and proof was provided in the offer and customer exchange.If the customer cannot or will not understand applicable tax rules, that is beyond our responsility. eBay automatically submits registered address as invoice address. Changes are only possible before dispatch, clearly stated in the offer.

Die Probleme bei der Lieferung gestalten sich folgendermassen: Die DPD konnte über Lifetracking beobachtet werden. Bei der Ankündigung, ca. 08:15 - 08:40, waren sie ca. 1km vom Lieferort entfernt. Gegen 08:44 kam die Meldung: Konnte nicht zugestellt werden, keiner wurde angetroffen. Paket geht in den Paketshop. Wir waren aber anwesend. Wieder typisch DPD. Kommt ziemlich oft vor.

Together with another sticker with BIOS version on socket cover and overall clean condition of the board it gives a lot of confidence in seller's quality control. Truly a professional vendor!
