It lights up, but it doesn't make any sounds and doesn't move side to side like it's supposed to. So basically it just lights up. I bought this for my disabled child that loves music and sounds and movement and this toy that so called works, does none of those things even though it said it works in the description. Very disappointed. spent too much money for a toy that doesn't even work. My disabled child now has no gift and I'm out 25+ dollars
