What I thought was shipping damage was the actual advertised condition and not the sellers fault. The only issue I had was in regards to the a missing HDD cage which was required to boot. I contacted service and they took care of me right away. Professional service and they stand by what they sell. I would order from them again.

This wasn’t an issue for me as I replaced the exact model I had. The reason I got another one is because I had $150.00 worth of new ink that I would have to eat if I had not found another one that used the same cartridges. The copier was as described, was in working order with low copy count. It even came with ink! Overall great experience. Great ebayer! The box had never had the safety seal broken on it therefore it had never been opened. It appears brand near with zero damage to the box of any kind. The seller had the item listed at an excellent value for the item and once it appeared in my search I bought it immediately.
