I can only see positives from this as who ever ended up with these gorgeous peat bricks for their good value, condition & quality & see where they came from, hopefully Phairs will see an extra customer. Thank you to Shirley & Theresa for chasing the order. This kind of customer service is missing these days. Very happy customer!

A little disappointed with packaging, as had lots of holes and damage to box, maybe the reason I had some missing bolts. When the parcel arrived it was damaged which caused two of the four packs to be ripped and squashed. Fortunately the contents although flattened were perfectly ok so no harm done. It also arrived late which was ok but I think something heavy was put on top of the parcel for it to have arrived in such a bad condition.
