It was soon delivered and I put it in place and discovered that the mic could not be adjusted to being directly in front of my lips and the flexible portion of the mic tube was only 2-1/2 inches. I went on line looking at other SYNCO models and comparing numerous photos, was able to determine that the TALK XPRO2 was fitted with a mic tube that was nearly 2 inches longer and more importantly, the flexible portion is twice as long, at 5 inches.

The mic will not adjust to directly in front of and nearly touching the operators lips, as it is used in a high noise environment. However, the TALK XPRO2 has a longer flexible mic tube that meets my needs. So, I purchased the TALK XPRO2 and now need to return the TALK X2...and could use some guidance with that...thank you.
