Instead of taking responsibility and canceling the order themselves, they asked me—the buyer—to initiate the cancellation. This is unfair and goes against basic seller responsibilities. It also feels dishonest to ask the customer to create a cancellation reason when the real issue is that the seller didn’t have the item in stock. I love how soft it is, and i got it to match with my Espeon! It's a little bit above retail but I think it's worth it saying the Umbreon is out of stock on the pokemon center website!
