Card was just in a penny sleeve and top loader loosely packaged in a bubble mailer inside a box. It was not secure in the bubble mailer and looks like it could easily shake around during delivery. Packaging was not great, and when I contacted the seller about the difference, they said it was just dust. Not sure if it was something during shipping, have not had many issues with the 3 layers of protection including a team bag so will definitely look into that in the future! As far as the dust goes I did not see the other pictures so genuinely thought it was on either the penny sleeve or top loader! Will gladly honor a return if you choose to do so
