New corkscrews from this brand have a jointed lever, but no bottle opener. I prefer this older design, so I am happy I was able to find one in new condition here! These are big and heavy compared to most wine keys, but gorgeous. They feel great in the hand and are built to last. Shipping and communication were good, but a federal holiday slowed USPS down. Nobody's fault. Well packaged. I pride myself on my items being in perfect condition & packaged well. The item had never been used. You purchased late on 11-29. I printed your label on 11-30. P.O. closed on Sunday so took to P.O. on Monday. Sadly, I have no control of what the P.O. does but you received it in 6 days from FL to WA.
