      The product was shipped and arrived in a reasonable amount of time (~1 week). The condition was as the listing said with no noticeable defects in the product. Packaging was suitable. The disk drive was about half of the price it would be new or elsewhere and it came with an enclosure. After buying the cables it needed, it works like a champ!
