It was shipped out quickly and received quickly too. She kept me informed of details. I collect these stamps for two reasons: to make wonderful cards for others and because of their value. And as soon as she learned that there was a problem, she put in a trace on the package, and kept in touch every step of the way. She was honest and upfront with me, and I will order more from her in the future. No punch, but still happy with her customer service.
