On contacting the seller they immediately reposted another item for me saying should the other one turn up I may keep it as a goodwill gesture. Today I contacted the seller as my item still hadn't arrived, they messaged back saying it had been delivered and a picture of my door. I then checked, and behind one of the large stone planters was my item. I can't fault this seller excellent communication throughout and service, highly recommended. Thank you
