A full return/refund at their expense was offered, and I declined. Great seller though, communication was timely & friendly. Their shipping was fantastic, PC arrived safely packed and quick. Would certainly do business with them again, I'd just need to verify what's in the listing.

And I look forward to doing business with you in the future Packaging was excellent, with as many bubbles as possible. Packaging was well done; my only problem was that I was not able to set up the unit without creating a Microsoft account, and there was no way around it. The seller did suggest some ways that did not help. so I have to setup the unit with a fresh Windows 11

I also appreciated the fast shipping and prompt (and accommodating) response when there was a slight flaw with the battery health. Excellent customer service, 10/10 (5/7;) would buy from them again. (I'd also add that it was a great bargain - a great product and competitive pricing for what I received)
