They promptly canceled my order. Stayed in constant communication with me and was absolutely wonderful at making sure that my funds were returned to me at which point I reordered dog food from ebay in the right quantity. I would highly recommend this seller they handled the situation professionally with kindness and empathy. Thank you, so very much for 5 star service

When I contacted seller he said I should return item on Whole Foods and would be refunded right away. That has not happened yet! Weird transaction.
