Very responsive and accommodating in answering questions I had to help ensure this motor/ fan was my issue. I almost feel bad for how many questions he was willing to g and happy to answer. The only thing wrong was the foam gasket that seals between the fan housing and furnace casing was missing. Thankfully I was able to reuse the gasket from my broken fan.
