Overall didn’t affect the operation of the part but wouldn’t necessarily describe as new. I did save a lot of money with the purchase though and made the repairs myself. Shipping was quick and timely.

Came with everything needed to install except brake fluid. I have used Detroit Axle before and will buy again. No local parts stores can't come anywhere close to these prices.
