However, the subtitles sometimes don't show up or if multiple characters are having conversations it only subs one part of the conversation. I know that there are subtitles that cover both conversations occurring at the same time. I originally watch the show on Crunchyroll and on Hulu. I attempted to reach out to the seller two different times in order to see if it was a manufacturing issue or what could be done to resolve the issue but did not hear back.

Any questions I had were promptly answered to the best of their abilities and it arrived in about 2 and a half weeks (from Malaysia so good time) in bubble wrap and other wrapping so it was well protected. Good item, good seller, good time!

I immediately contacted the seller to see if they had any updates and received a quick response that everything was fine and my DVD was on its way. And this was done yesterday and lo and behold I received my movie today. Much earlier than expected and exactly as described. Haven't had a chance to watch it but hoping it's in great for this seller and will be buying from them again.Great job 👏👍
