He read the listing (I guess), he saw the price of the merchandise and the shipping (I guess) he chose to buy it and did so. Now it is a scam and does not like the shipping cost. I combined his other order and up graded his shipping to priority mail. No mention of the quality parts only that the shipping was a scam. He never contacted me with any concerns, only his negative feedback. No surprise he's blocked.
