Listing them as OE is misleading as they are definitely aftermarket copies without manufacturer branding. But, they are exactly what I was looking for and as long as a buyer knows what they are getting it's a great product. Some of the hardware was very cheap and broke when torqued to proper spec (with a torque wrench) - specifically, several of the split washers failed. But again, the price was one fifth the OEM price. I'm happy.

For some reason the part sat unshipped for almost (3) business days but finally I received it on the 5th day, as it only had to travel 400 miles, go figure. Seller is a good guy with a good product for a good price, thanks.
