The seller addressed my concerns quickly and professionally. In the end, I received a great looking miniature, securely packaged in perfect condition, and at a fair price. Unfortunately one of the merfolk’s spear arrived broken. I immediately contacted the seller and they sent another. Customer service is A+. The replacement had a similar break and the seller offered to resend again. I opted not to get another since that particular model’s spear is so thin anyway. Overall pleased with the purchase but will be sticking to molded plastic minis for tabletop use.
