FastSense matches tape drive speed to that of the host, optimizing performance and increasing reliability. Dynamic PowerDown protects the tape drive and data cartridge during unexpected power loss. The LTO-2 HH comes "Backup Ready," meaning it can go from box-to-backup in minutes with the world-class Backup Exec QuickStart software. For similar products to this LTO-2 HH, Quantum recommends the Quantum DLT-V4 tape drive (BHBAX-EY) with 320GB compressed capacity and 72GB/hr compressed throughput.
