I ordered this iPod hoping to go back to the “good ‘ol days” but, Apple has screwed up so many things that were at one time very simple. Most of my audio books were in a code that could not be transferred to the iPod. I did not have a good experience with trying to pair with my computer. This however is NO reflection on the seller. he went out of his way to help me. I ended up sending back for a refund (which was initiated right away). Stuck with my iPhone.

He's helped my 3 Classics before, excellent service, keeps me posted on progress, asked me several times about B/U, as the Classics will be returned blank. Svc as described, best fixer around, fast service and shipping. Well packaged. Just tell him of the dysfunction, what its doing, and seems like no matter what is, he can fix it. Not expensive either. Now I'll send in the 3rd.
