I was surprised to see heat sinks included until I realized that they are non-standard and more than a little weedy and I was unable to replace the mounts with the mounts from my dead mainboard to get the larger ones installed.

Damaged could have been from shipping but I can't see how based on how it was packaged. Missing heatsinks 100% on the seller. I reached out to them and they instantly sent me a new board and ensured it would have heatsinks. New board arrived very quickly. Quality was awesome, Appearance Awesome and the value was reasonable.
