They are soft, substantial, and comfy and hold up well to washing. Seams are nicely finished. The material doesn't pill when washed. Value priced. These new items arrived in perfect condition. Shipped in 3 days. Delivery took 10 days. It was worth the wait!

My initial fear upon seeing the image on my Door camera of a beaten up dented box comically marked "Fragile", left by a less than caring FedEx driver were put at ease. Opening the box, the easily breakable plastic fridge shelf was very well padded and wrapped. Communication was consistent and prompt on ordering and when recieved by delivery company, tracking provided early on. Item as described, cheaper than OEM price. Very pleased with this seller.
