This seller cancelled my order after 24 hours without my consent. When I inquired why, he/she said because I did not respond to their email within 24 hours (I did respond within a day and a half). He then stated that “ they must ship a purchased item within 24 hours or Ebay dings my shipping metric.” Cancelling the order within 24 hours unilaterally is poor customer service. This seller does not seem to understand that customers couldn’t care less about his shipping metric.

I requested confirmation on an address problem, All you had to do was confirm your shipping address, as requested. Your item could have gone out the following day. Hard to believe you would leave negative feedback over this.
