I expect the strength of the this 3-piece assembly to be equivalent to OEM as the center connection points link up inside an aluminum tube sleeve. 25% the cost of OEM for a part that will certainly get damaged again due to cars low ground clearance made purchasing this support a no-brainer. Shipped very fast, included all parts shown, and my wife installed it all by herself. I couldn’t be happier!

The latch fit exactly as described and fixed my car's issue on the driver's side door not latching. The vendor contacted me via email after the latch was delivered wanting to know if I was satisfied with the item. I am very satisfied. The price was excellent.
