Had a problem with the shippment not moving through post office after shipper dropped it off. Contacted him and he followed up with them and got it moving. Tool is brand new as described and is manufactured by a well know company. I feel the seller was asking a fair price for a quality product and I received the tool a day before the estimated delivery date.
