As many of the other feedbacks explain, our area was hit with a major ice storm that caused a massive setback with nearly all USPS and UPS deliveries. With a very high volume of messages and calls we were delayed with updates to some customers. We were able to ship this item the same day it was ordered, it made it to the postal distribution center where it was stuck for 11 days before delivery.
