They let me know when it would be shipped out and I felt like they made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. So far so good. Part was installed, and It had no issue being programmed. Old one will be sent back today for a core refund. As long as that goes smooth and the warranty is upheld I would do business with them again anytime they had something I needed.

I finally got it after 12 days
