As the seller users DHL UK I was unable to speak to a human being and therefore they tried to deliver it 5 times to the old house. The only downside to buying thus product. Had they used Royal Mail it would have been a quick telephone call and sorted. Can't knock the product or seller though 10/10

The original item ordered was faulty (would not boot up, gave a fault code). PCRenewed agreed to send a replacement and to provide a prepaid label for the return of the faulty item. Their advice, communication and customer support were all first-class: helpful response by phone and prompt, clear emails. The replacement laptop, when it arrived, was absolutely fine and decent value for money.
