The correct item was ordered and received and fits like a glove. No more issues since the assembly has sealed permanently lubricated bearings. Overall shopping experience was positive.

It was not their fault, but offered a refund since they didn’t have any additional stock if it hadn’t arrived. Fortunately, USPS just decided to take it on a vacation for an extra couple days. It was packed well, a reasonable price, and brand new as described. Will gladly do business with again.
