Had installed by a shop we’ve used reliably for 18 years. The only option we had was spending another $1000 in labor to remove it, send it back and have a replacement sent to us.. but did not want to end up in the same situation again with a low-quality replacement. So now we’re out $1600. At least this rack is not leaking, but drives absolutely awful. ZERO STARS for this transaction.

When installed it WOULD NOT seal the shaft. Found an OEM type and it worked perfect. Called Omega, talked to an engineer, left contact info and offered to send them a used original to reverse engineer but it appears they are not interested. However, the return process went smooth.
