They refunded only half the cost claiming I submitted a 'Not as significantly described' case when it was plain to see that it was opened as a faulty item case with ebay. I had to ask eBay to step in to get the full refund. They tried to assist with tech support to get the item working, so fair play for that but it should have just been a straight 100% refund case.
