I am a hair stylist who has been working with Tokyo for 4 years! Tokyo, which is starting to produce now, is definitely weak in this bottle, so when I saw the photo I thought it was a jar from an old batch!

The item description could have been a bit more thorough (this bag included a longer strap as well that wasn’t mentioned but was in one photo) and although I asked the seller about it I never got a response. The seller was also slow to ship but once shipped, the bag arrived very quickly. Would recommend, but know that your messages will go unanswered.

The delivery was fast, and the seller replied just a few hours after I messaged them, which was great — especially considering I had seen some reviews saying they don’t respond.
