Point is I feel like they created this wound and then poured salt on it. Then ripped off the bandaid. The buyer never opened a case, as their statement about receiving half the refund is untrue. While there was a mistake in sending the wrong adapter, we made every effort to resolve the issue promptly. We apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused.
