I contacted The Server Store to let them know, and they immediately told me to ditch the broken rail cause they were sending me another one. They did! It arrived quickly after. I will certainly keep them in my whitelist for future orders.

Damaged could have been from shipping but I can't see how based on how it was packaged. Missing heatsinks 100% on the seller. I reached out to them and they instantly sent me a new board and ensured it would have heatsinks. New board arrived very quickly. Quality was awesome, Appearance Awesome and the value was reasonable.
