I have the drive in my Plex server and am copying video over to it as I type this. goHardDrive is an excellent eBayer, they stand behind their warranty and they are the only seller I use when purchasing hard drives. The previous drive was DOA. They immediately sent me an RMA and the return was hassle free. As soon as they received the drive (and verified it was the one they sent me) they immediately processed my refund. Good eBayer!

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

I ordered two drives, and they were shipped and packaged very securely, firmly seated in foam/plastic inserts and inside antistatic bags. One of the drives was DoA, but I sent an email to GoHarddrive's customer service and had a RMA return label later the same day. These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.
