For this product, after contacting the dealer ( almost in jest) he went 100 % overboard in replacing the item and sending along additional items to compensate. Unbelievable service!! Beautiful posters with great value- and I would encourage everyone who collects to decorate their hobby cave with them. Shipped very quickly, and always well packed, rolled, & secure.
