This AF-S DX Nikkor F3.5-5.6G ED VR lens by Nikon offers a focal length range of 16 to 85 millimeters. This is suitable for great wide-angle photos and photos that need as much of a zoom-out as possible. The maximum aperture range of f/3.5-5.6 allows for image effects, from blurry bokeh backgrounds to clear backgrounds for landscape photography. The lens has a built-in autofocus motor, so you can take sharp and clear photos quicker and more efficiently. The ultra-quiet motor makes for near-silent operation when in use. If you require a great zoom lens for your photographic needs, this is a good lens to have in your bag. This particular Nikon 16-85mm lens has been designed specifically for Nikon DX DSLR cameras. This includes everything from the D40 to the D300. With a minimum focus distance of just 1.3 feet, you can properly capture any object you want to. An image stabilization system is also included with this Nikon Nikkor AF-S lens. This system offers lengthier exposure times of up to 4x shutter speeds for any in-focus image.
