When it arrived it was in its original packaging and looks BRAND NEW. The only thing missing was the owners manual which can be found online. After I charged the speaker and connected it to my phone I was blown away by the sound quality and bass. There’s also an app you can download and adjust it just the way you want. It’s a great value for what you spend. It also looks very sleek and fancy. Very happy with my purchase!
