The stock airbox design is trash so this is a definite upgrade. The clean air side has an unsealed bolt through it that is certain to leak and result in dust coming through. I remedied with a rubber washer which should have been standard. The tabs don’t line up perfectly. Adding a rubber washer is not a bad idea but certainly not necessary. The mounting brackets do line up perfectly if you leave them a little loose until all are mounted to the frame and then tighten. Sorry Polaris did not leave us more room to work with. Some of the bolts take a little time and patience to access, but they only need to be tightened once.
