I did a full surface scan on all the drives and, while one ended up having a bad sector, the seller was very responsive and handled the RMA, sending me a replacement that scanned good. Overall EXCELLENT service, great quality, and unbeatable price. RECOMMEND A+++.

The fact that these are enterprise hard drives makes them very desireable. They are built to be in servers so they are much larger and heavier than regular hard drives. Some may think Solid State Drives (SSDs) are the way of the future but they cannot compare with the cost of these drives, 12 terribytes for the cost of a 2 terribyte SSD. No competition. Time will tell if this was a good investment.

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

One of the drives was DoA, but I sent an email to GoHarddrive's customer service and had a RMA return label later the same day. These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.
