I’m sad to write a negative review because the seller did want to and tried to fix it, but despite their best efforts, the light is awful and unusable. We sent you another chandelier, but you still didn't leave this feedback. We even gave you a full refund. The buyer must be a very arrogant person. That's why he took a refund from us and even took the chandelier twice. We did this only to avoid any inconvenience to the buyer. But now the buyer is neither removing the feedback nor responding to any messages.

Brass components were cast as a solid piece, not chintzy or fake plastic brass. Item was packaged and protected very well for shipping. Definitely wish a grounding wire was a part of the fixture, but that wasn't hard to add.
