- o***o (792)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufI've had Fender cs texas special pickups (whole set) in a American Special stratocaster and, neck and mid, these are about the same. The bridge pickup is where these differ. This bridge pickup is hotter but also tamer as it is not as shrill as the texas special bridge pickup. It is alnico 5 on the bass strings and alnico 2 on the treble strings, like a Seymour Duncan ssl 52 but much hotter. I would buy these over Texas Specials are are less than half the cost.
