I appreciate the free phone cover the seller included in the box. Knowing the IMEI before ordering was helpful. The only thing I had to take chance on was the no-return policy. But I knew there was eBay's basic guarantee and for the low price the seller offered, I can't complain. Overall quite a positive experience. Would recommend this seller to others.

I contacted the seller and they confirmed there was an issue and refunded my purchase and told me to just donate the mouse I couldn't use away. This was a very fast turn around when I contacted them, so great to see wonderful customer service like this. I didn't get the product, but in the end, I didn't get charged for it either...
