Feeders work perfectly and my cats took to them no issues ( bengal and Maine coon ) . The chip is detected early so the right cat can eat and the feeder closes if the wrong cat tries to access the food . Stops my fat greedy bengal getting fatter . Great value as the refurbished ones were half the price of new ones . Look great too .

Really pleased with feeder and the seller, thank you.

I'm very happy, and so is the cat whose food is now safe from the other cat. Very easy to set up and register the chip. Recommend this seller. (My only gripe is that the courier dumped the parcel on my doorstep in full view of passing footfall and underneath the notice on my door asking them to hide parcels behind the bin. Maybe have a word with them?)

Contacted seller with a very speedy response and apologies. The item was a buy one package get one free....that is why I went for this package. Only one package turned up. The seller responded immediately wanting further information of package sent. Apologies with 50% reimbursement of original fee. The comms was excellent and the package I received was well wrapped. I would deal again! Thanks

Rapid dispatch and good communication but unfortunately let down by carrier (Amazon Logistics EU) who failed to find the address on 4 occasions.Amazon have delivered to this address for 7 years! Gave Amazon instructions directly & also via seller but despite multiple emails, delivery still failed to arrive until 5 days later when the customer service operator finally updated the mapping for their courier. Poor service from them. Good seller.

I got a full refund, however I asked if I could get the Cheese sauce I had ordered but I was ignored. I even went on to their list of items to reorder the Cheese sauce which was not listed. This tells me this was not a mistake but they did not have the Cheese sauce and sent me the White sauce with the intention of ripping me off. They should not be selling items they do not have.
